葉文玉:恒天然中國人力資源副總裁
Marlene Ye:HR VP, Fonterra China
葉文玉持有博靈頓大學MBA學位和南開大學學士學位。 她在幾個世界著名跨國公司人力資源副總裁、
總監之職有20多年。她的人力資源生涯開始于AT&T,后來進入安德魯電訊和GE。 她所負責的范圍包
括亞太地區。 她曾擔任勃林格殷格翰中國人力資源副總裁, 該公司總部在德國, 在全球藥企中排名
13位,是全世界最大的私人藥企。最近,她加入恒天然中國擔任人力資源副總裁。
Marlene Ye holds an MBA degree from Barrington University and a Bachelor degree from Nankai University. She
has 20 years HR Management experience in several well known multinational companies covering industries of
telecom, high tech, and pharmaceuticals. She started her HR career with At&T and later on as HR head for
Andrew Telecom, and General Electric. Her responsibilities cover Asia Pacific region. She has also been HR VP for
Boehringer Ingelheim China for 7 years. She recently joined Fonterra as HR VP for China.
她并擁有專業NLP 教練,NLP 高級執行師和催眠師資格。因此,她一直擔任公司高級管理層的教練。 除了本職工作外, 她還十分
熱衷于為HR整個社區做貢獻。她曾多次為Marcus Evans, Innova, JF Pearson, China Economic Review and Amcham等著名培
訓公司組織的HR峰會做演講。她還經常為China Staff等著名管理雜志供稿。她本人分別在2000年和2006年被選為 “最佳人力資
源總監”。她所帶領的團隊也曾在2007年和2008年評為“最佳人力資源團隊”。
As HR head, Marlene is also a certified coach for senior management team of her company. She is a certified NLP coach, NLP Master
Practitioner, and hypnotherapist. Outside her normal responsibilities as a senior HR professional, Marlene has also been active in contributing to
HR community via sharing her experience and knowledge at several HR conferences organized by Marcus Evans, Innova, JF Pearson, China
Economic Review, and Amcham. She also frequently shares her views and insights via contributing articles for China Staff and other
management magazines. She has won HR Director of the year nomination award by China Staff in 2000 and 2006 respectively. Her HR team has
been nominated HR Team of the Year by China Staff in 2007 and 2008.
